Weightlifting

The weightlifting class trains for the sport of olympic weightlifting. The sport is comprised of two lifts: the snatch and the clean & jerk.

These dynamic, challenging, and beautiful movements require and build tremendous amounts of strength, speed, coordination, and skill.

Weightlifting is a large component of our advanced training programs, as well as a rewarding sport and training regime that you can choose to pursue.

Intermediate Weightlifting Class

Our Intermediate Weightlifting Program is for lifters who have been through our Beginner’s Program who wish to train the olympic lifts exclusively.

  • Intermediate Schedule

    There are 2 coached classes per week, Tuesday and Thursday at 5:45 PM.

Lifters will work through more advanced training progressions that aim to refine technique while building strength in the snatch and clean & jerk.
