Open Gym is ideal for any sport athletes, CrossFitters, strongman, powerlifters, Olympic weightlifters, acrobats, and experienced fitness enthusiasts pursing specific goals.
Schedule for Open gym
Open gym is available M-F from 6 AM to Close. 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM.
On Saturday, 9 to 11 AM.
We reserve the right to change this schedule at any time.
Open gym does overlap some classes
The hours for open gym do overlap with some classes. Open gym members are responsible for asking the coach where they should train to stay out of the way of class.
The class always has priority over space and equipment.
Take care of equipment in open gym
In general, we expect to treat our equipment as if it was your shiny new car.
Barbells WITHOUT bumper plates are never to be dropped from any height.
Set them gently on the floor at all times. This means when warming up, when taking plates off a barbell, when putting the bars back on the wall.
Sandbags, dumbbells, and kettlebells are put down with.
Do not write on the floor with chalk. We have individual chalkboards.
Clean up your chalk messes on the floor.
You are expected to clean up and put away any equipment you use where you found it. If you don’t know where the cleaning supplies are, ask a coach.
Follow your own programing
You are to follow your own programming. You can not follow any of the gym’s programming.
Any violations of these policies may result in termination of your membership.
